HKR has submitted a new application to the Town Planning Board to develop the service area at Area 10b, this time with an additional proposal to develop the former nursery within Peninsula Village.

The submission confirms speculation that the point that tripped up the previous application was the helipad, which is mandated in the lease.

Deadline for comments is 25 November.
